Geometry 101!

Here is a big peek at the Geometric Paintings of Dan Palatnik of Brazil. Much of his worx are in parallel lines to fine artists like Frederick Hammersley, Karl Benjamin, and Helen Lundeberg, who have inspired him to paint such strong geometric compositions and color patterns.
Dan mostly illustrates in a 3-D program for his commercial worx but his paintings are more flat and dynamic!

Abecederia!

The Abecederia settlement was founded within the frontiers of Katagonia in 1963 by Dr Antoine Praxis to “assist victims of the catastrophe”. A major, destructive meteorite strike had occurred in the region shortly before that date.

Abecederia is artist BlexBolex's first book to be translated for the English market and is due out in about two weeks by Nobrow Press.

Printed in three spot colors, the graphic novella is set to be released this Autumn to coincide with the release of Blex's cover for the second issue of Nobrow Magazine.
